Bring to class: Short shorts, a tank top or sports bra, and a yoga mat. We have one if you don't! Lotion makes us slippery, especially in the summer time, so lotion is not advised for class. Jewelry is not advised as well, as it can damage the poles, and or pinch your fingers, etc. Heels are optional.
